TERMS OF USE
1.1 RETURN POLICY

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in unused condition.
If the product is damaged or used, it cannot be refunded. Remember to include contact information with the return. If possible, you must provide a tracking number and a brief description of the case.
HVLP Spray Norge AS recommends that you obtain a receipt and tracking number for the return from the shipping company, as this makes it easier to follow up on the return. HVLP Spray Norge AS will make a refund for approved returns.
If you have paid by invoice, we need a bank account number to transfer the money back to you. The easiest solution is to send the bank account number by email to us.
1.2 ITEMS NOT APPROVED FOR RETURNS
Several types of items cannot be returned. Items with a short shelf life such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. Other non-returnable products include: Gift cards, downloadable software, some products within the health and personal care category.
