2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal means that the buyer can return an item to the seller without reason even if there is no defect in it. The consumer can also change their mind about the purchase before the item has been delivered.
We allow returns for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since the purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. In order to return an item, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. You can open the shipment and check the contents. Returned in the event of a complaint or when using the right of withdrawal in the original packaging.
2.1 MONEY BACK
When the return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed and the money will be automatically returned to your credit card or other payment method within a given number of days.
2.2 PARTIAL REFUND
In some situations, only part of the purchase amount will be refunded, this applies to books with obvious signs of use, CDs, DVDs, software, video games or LPs that have been opened. All goods that are not in their original packaging, are damaged or missing parts due to circumstances beyond our control. All goods that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
2.3 LATE OR NON-REFUNDABLE REFUND
If you have not received a refund, please first check your bank statement again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days for the money to be posted to your card/account. Then contact your bank. It usually takes a few days for a refund to be posted. If you have done all this and you still have not received the money, please contact us at: hvlpnorge@fujispray.no.
2.4 SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we can only refund items with regular prices. Sale items cannot be refunded.
2.5 EXCHANGE
We only exchange items if they are damaged or have defects. If you wish to exchange an item for a new copy of the same item, please send an email to hvlpnorge@fujispray.no and send the item to: HVLP Spray Norge AS , 3619 Skollenborg
2.6 GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and it was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. As soon as the returned item is received, the gift card will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift upon purchase, or if the gift recipient had the item shipped directly to them, we will refund the gift recipient and they will be informed about your return.
