Ergonomic and intuitive controls, Rubber grips and metal support plate: two rubber grips provide precise control, while a metal support plate designed to rest on the workpiece, enables stress-free use.
Edgebanding made easy
Easy on/off switch: The feeder's on/off switch is located on top of the primary handle, giving immediate control over the tool's operation.
Adjustable Glue Tank Handle: The glue tank handle has two positions in case of interference with the workpiece.
Tape Insert Guide: a measured guide in 1mm increments determines the width of the edge band or tape and secures it in place for a controlled feed.
Consistent Glue Application: an easily accessible knob allows for "on the fly" adjustment of the glue quantity for a spill-free, consistent result.
Temperature Control: the digital temperature control system has two modes, Mode 1 provides a range from 80°-155°C, Mode 2 120°-200°C. This allows a wide range of specialty glues to be used for many applications.
Variable speed range of 2-6m/min, gives an advantage to the control of this edge bander in difficult situations. The speed control is conveniently located at the top of the control handle, making "on the fly" speed adjustment so easy.
Edgebanding made easy
Straight line and contour edgebanding: our portable edgebanding machine is perfect for all variations and shapes of workpieces. For contoured or curved surfaces, the minimum inner radius is 25 mm.
No edgebanding iron or hot air required: the adhesive is applied directly to the edgeband. Maintain even pressure on the workpiece against the feed roller to apply the edgebanding or edgebanding at the desired temperature.
Glue-free edgebanding: By not requiring edgebanding or edgebanding with pre-applied adhesive, our portable edgebanding machines help reduce your costs.
